Elizabeth has been modeling for seven years working on projects for Bill Lemon (for a book on photography), and Daniel DiTuro for the Yoga Project.

She recently worked with Raymond Keyhoe on a stock photography project. Last year she was on the set of "Son of the Beach" as a Bikini Girl in two episodes which aired in April of 2001.
