Lyzabeth began hitting the weights at age 12, and hasn't looked back since. At age 13 she was pushing 250 lbs on the leg press! In high school she used to challenge and beat the guys in bench press at one-rep max contests. At age 16 she was teaching gymnastics and by age 18 Lyzabeth joined the Toronto Argos cheerleader squad.
With Lyzabeth's debut appearance with WNSO in 1999 (The Central Canadian Championships), she placed 3rd in fitness and 1st in the model search! Even with a great placing, Lyzabeth always striving for perfection admits that she knew little about dieting for a show and ended up not eating anything that day!

After taking time off to train and make improvements, at FAME 2003 Lyzabeth placed 2nd in the fitness and 4th in the model search (out of 135 beautiful women). She again placed well in FAME 2004 (12th out of 230 women). The once tom-boy combines her strict training with a strong gymnastics and dance background, resulting in one of FAME's consistent top performers! Putting 110% into training for the 2005 FAME Pro Model Search will likely claim her a top spot again this year - possibly a championship victory! Claiming to almost always be the most noticeably muscular woman on stage, Lyzabeth could be a huge threat this year! Some of her favorite fitness stars include Trish Stratus and Monica Brant. Lucky for her Monica will be a guest at this years FAME Worlds! How sweet would a World Championship Victory be combined with meeting your favorite fitness celebrity?
